SHAKEDOWN: August 10th RESULTS
Our show
began this week in the parking lot of Pineapple Jacks. Where Scotty Bender was awaiting an interview with John McChesney about
his upcoming match with with “Big Rig” Brodie Lee. Just as John pulled into the parking lot, from out of nowhere
came the Big Rig. Lee dragged McChesney from his car, throwing him around like a rag doll. It was clear that McChesney
was in great pain, he was clenching his lower back after being slammed numerous times against his car.
After this
vicious assault it was said that Rob Sanderson was standing by with Lee. However as we are taken to the back for the interview,
we find an unconscious Sanderson lying on the floor of Pineapple Jacks. As the camera pans up we see a grimacing Brodie Lee
with a tire iron in hand, it seems nobody is safe with the Big Rig around.
We are then taken to the ring where
the man of the hour Brodie Lee was taunting the audience. Bragging about how he has taken out McChesney, and how there will
no longer be a match between the two. Just then Sik Rik Matrix hit the ring with a full head of steam. The self appointed
sheriff of P6W had clearly had enough of Lee’s actions. This became an all out locker room clearing brawl. It took almost
the entire roster to finally break them apart.
Once again in the parking lot, we see Rochester’s own Ed Delaney
talking on the phone. Not paying much attention, Ed ran into Eric Everlast. This the one man Ed do not want to bump into.
Eric immediately started to put down the young Delaney, saying that “This parking lot is for wrestlers only.”
Overseeing this take place Troy Buchanan emerged, decided to stick up for Ed. He told Eric that if he wanted someone to pick
on, then to try to pick on him. Before walking away Troy slapped Easy E saying that he was nothing but a bully. Everlast then
told Buchanan that he just “signed his death warrant.”
Back inside we are taken to Murphy’s Pub
were Irish Dan was sitting down with masked superstar Kid Justice. The two talked for a while about Justice’s injuries,
and what he been up to as of late. Murph then asked Justice why he decided to prevent Jonny Puma from interfering in
the steel cage match last week. Justice said he was tired of Puma sticking his nose in other peoples business, and he had
no right to interfere in that main event. He then told Murphy that P6W officials had scheduled a match between him and Puma
for next week.
Our first and unfortunately only match of the afternoon was between Frank Zimmerman and Andrew Davis.
Just as the match started a mysterious woman came to ring side. We do not know anything about this woman, other than the fact
that her shorts had the name Mia Muller printed on them. She stood outside of the ring closely observing the entire match,
and what a match it was. This turned out to be one of the most intense battles in Pier 6 history. Although in the end it was
Davis who gained the upper hand. Hitting Frank with his signature airplane spin, followed by a huge german suplex. Pinning
Zimmerman, and leaving him winless to date in P6W.
Match 1
Andrew Davis vs. Frank Zimmerman
Winner
by pin fall: Andrew Davis
Tune in next week 8/17/08
